Breath out & allow the arms to open out to the sides (palms down) & return down to the side, keeping the shoulders relaxed & separated & the shoulder blades relaxed down the back.

Complete one circle of breathe (in & out).

Notes

Remember to repeat these 12 poses on the right side (stepping with the right foot first on the lunges) to complete one whole Sun Salutation.
